Líneas de Investigación:

  • Nuestro laboratorio estudia las bases moleculares y celulares de la compleja interacción entre Pseudomonas aeruginosa y la barrera epitelial. El foco de nuestras investigaciones es la formación de estructuras multicelulares de P. aeruginosa sobre superficie celular así como la internalización y destino de este patógeno humano en células epiteliales.

Lines of research:

  • Our laboratory studies the molecular and cellular basis of the intricate interplay of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the epithelial barrier. We focus on the formation of P. aeruginosa multicellular structures on cellular surfaces as well as in the internalization and fate of this human pathogen in epithelial cells.
